ESET Earns Record-Breaking 58th VB100 Award

October's report focused on the Windows Server 2008 platform. 11 of the 26 entries were awarded the VB100 designation.

ESET Secures 16th "Advanced+" Award from AV-Comparatives

ESET, the leader in proactive threat protection, has secured its 16th "Advanced+" rating by AV-Comparatives, an independent research organization. Of the 16 products tested in its August "On-Demand" test, only seven were awarded "Advanced+."

AV-Comparatives provides a three-level ranking system of Standard, Advanced and Advanced+ award. To receive an "Advanced+" rating, a product must be rated with not only an excellent detection rate, but also a low false positive rate.

Intel Distributes ESET Security Software With Intel Desktop Boards
